About AlfaDarling
AlfaDarling exists to make modern dating less confusing. Our goal is to help women approach dating and relationships with greater confidence, stronger communication and clearer standards.
What we believe
Most dating advice falls into two categories: tactics designed to manipulate someone's interest, or encouragement with nothing actionable in it. We're trying to do something different — explain what's actually happening, give you language for it, and leave the decision with you.
We don't publish content about making someone obsessed with you, or about winning people back through strategy. We think the useful question isn't how to be chosen. It's how to choose well, and how to notice early when something isn't working.
Our editorial mission
- Answer the question the reader actually asked, near the top of the page.
- Prefer specific, testable guidance over general encouragement.
- Never invent statistics, credentials, testimonials or expert endorsements.
- Be clear about the line between education and professional support.
- Update pages when our thinking or the evidence changes.
Who writes for us
AlfaDarling is written by a small team of writers and educators. We state each person's actual background on their profile. Where someone holds a coaching qualification we say so; where they don't, we don't imply one. None of our writers are therapists, psychologists or licensed counsellors, and our content is not treatment.
