AlfaDarling is a trading name of Maher Global Trading ("we", "us", "our"). When you use this site or buy one of our digital products, you are contracting with Maher Global Trading. By continuing to use AlfaDarling you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

Educational content only

Everything we publish is general educational information about dating, relationships, communication and confidence. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and it does not create a professional relationship between us. You are responsible for your own decisions.

No guaranteed outcomes

We do not promise any particular result from reading our content or completing our programs. Relationships involve other people, and no method can control how someone else behaves.

Digital products

Buying a program gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use it. You may not resell, share, republish or redistribute it, in whole or in part. We may update program content over time.

Payment and subscription terms

Prices are shown on the relevant product page in the currency displayed at checkout, and applicable taxes are calculated and added at checkout. One-off purchases are charged in full at the time of order. Where a subscription or recurring plan is offered, the billing frequency and price are shown before you buy, and the plan renews automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You may cancel a recurring plan at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Payment, billing, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by Paddle and are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. See also our refund policy.

Reseller and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site, your account or any purchased product if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay or reverse a payment, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use rules. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will give notice and an opportunity to fix the problem first. On termination your licence to use our products ends; sections on intellectual property, liability and governing law survive.

Accounts

Where accounts are available, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, misrepresent your identity or use our content to harass anyone.

Intellectual property

All content on AlfaDarling is owned by us or used with permission. You may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link.

Third-party links

We sometimes link to other sites. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AlfaDarling is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or our products.

Refunds and privacy

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.
