Refund Policy

If one of our programs isn't right for you, ask for your money back within 14 days and we'll refund you.

The guarantee

Every AlfaDarling digital program comes with a 14-day refund guarantee from the date of purchase. You don't need to justify the request, and you don't need to prove you completed the material.

How to request a refund

1. Email support@alfadarling.com within 14 days of purchase.
2. Include the email address you used at checkout and the name of the program.
3. We confirm by email, usually within two working days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a further five to ten days to show it.

After the 14 days

We generally don't refund after 14 days, but if something went wrong — you were charged twice, you never received access, the product wasn't as described — contact us and we'll put it right.

Access after a refund

When a refund is processed, access to the program ends and the licence to use its materials is withdrawn.

Memberships

If a recurring membership becomes available, you'll be able to cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future payments and keeps access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits any consumer rights you have under the law where you live.
